IE 10 with recent W7 Update

Apart from a built in option similar to DNT+, I cannot see any differences between IE 9 And 10 on my W7 64 bit PC. Are there any?

My impression is that it is faster but I cannot find many differences.

The text (screen fonts?) in IE10 seem blurry in comparison with IE9. A few people on this forum have noted this, so not just a one off.
