Upgrade current PC for gaming?

I'm wanting to my current PC (if possible), to enable me to play games such as FM13 and Sim City 5 adequately.

If I need a new build - then so be it. But here are my current specs that's like to re-use and upgrade.

Thanks.

Your games don't need a power PC to run however the weakest link is your onboard integrated HD3400 chip.

Because of your 300W PSU & I doubt you'd like to overspend too much on upgrade, I'd say this GTX620 click here would suit you well, although it's an entry level GTX600 series it'll still blow away your integrated graphic's performance.
