Epson Sx235w help with installation

I had connected my laptop to Epson Sx235w printer and it needs to be reconnected. I have tried it over 20 times and keep getting green light and a flashing orange light for wifi indicators and message comes up installation failed. Please can you help advise me what to try next could printer now be defective?

How are you connecting? Orange may be indicating Ethernet.
