High Memory Usage

Hi All My O/H has a pc running Vista the pc is about 4 years old and in the last few months it has become very very slow. I have today been into the start menu and shut down everything that does not need to start up on boot. I then ran BT PC health check and it reported "System does not have enough memory"I have checked in task manager and Physical Memory Total 766,Cached 476 Free 19(sometimes goes to 0)there are no big usage applications running, but as I am no computer geek I dont know if is good or bad,and also in Processes there seems alot of running services using lots of memory. I would really appreciate any help Regards Dakar

Which slots do you have your memory in?

Can you see the memory count up as you first switch on?
