shock wave plugin not responding

Hi there, my shock wave plugin is not responding what can I do? I use Windows 7, Google Chrome.

Go to www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ and you can check both Flash and Shockwave.

If you confirm the problem download the full installer from

http://www.adobe.com/products/shockwaveplayer/shwv_distribution3.html

Then reinstall it
