phono connection problems help please

hi folks, i have a asus xonar ds soundcard in my pc,it has orange,black,green,and pink outlets, i also have headphones with red ,white and yellow phono plugs ,anyone please tell me wich goes where,as nothing in instructions

From left to right (pink to yellow), there's the front, side, centre and rear outputs. The right most connector is the Line-in/Mic-in jack.
