Is this correct place to download Java App for phone?

Hi

Is this page ok to download the App for a Java phone, Sony Ericsson W995 or do i need to go to http://www.getjar.com/mobile/15801/facebook-mobile-for-sony-ericsson-w995/?ref=0&lvt=1361648140&sid=ct5g001dimj33m9s&c=illd04w283v0vd3411&lang=en

or do i go to m.facebook.com & do it from there?
