I have a Sony DSC-H20 and never had problems with XP. The memory stick fitted in the reader which connected with the PC and immediately a choice of wizards appeared and I downloaded my photos. I do the same now and nothing happens. The Sony site says the camera is compatible and I've tried to download some software but it seems adobe flash is needed which didn't come with my new very expensive PC and also seems difficult to download. Any suggestions please.
