dell xps m1530 sata 1 or 2

looking at changing hard drive to ssd advice seems if sata not worth it if sata 2 it is trying to find out what my laptop is hard drive is sata 3gbs

looked on dell web site no luck

tried a couple of apps to test speed did not work

problem is i have found a few specs list they differ some say sata 1.5 others say 3gbs the hard drive is sata 3gbs but is the laptop

why change to a SSD?

It won't speed it up that much for the cost
