Acer Chromebook C7 - Windows 8?

My friend has a C7 Chromebook but doesn't like the Chrome OS. Is it possible to load and run Win 8 on it?

C7 spec, dual-core 1.1GHz Intel Celeron 847, 1GB of RAM; 320Gb HDD

Windows 8 specs here

so only 32bit version at min speed therefore I would say not worth changing.
