Windows 8 & CS 4

I am soon to purchase a new with Windows 8

Can anyone please tell me if I can run Adobe CS4 Creative Suite on Windows 8? I have heard 2 different versions.

  1. That it cannot be run
  2. That it can be run but using Run As Admin

All help much appreciated

From the searches I've done, the best I can see is that it is a hit or miss situation, click here. Not the best answer, sorry.
