Burn process failed with status 3

hi im getting this message when trying to burn a movie checked on net and it says to turn on dma in device manager when i went to ide ata/atapi controllers there is no primary ide channel the info there is ata channel o,ata channel o,ata channel 1,ata channel 1,standard dual channel pci ide controller, standard dual channel pci ide controller when i go to advanced settings the device properties box is empty o/s win7 can you help me thank you kirriejim

If your drives are SATA there is no IDE/ATA function so you cannot have the facility. What exactly are you trying to do and using what hardware and software?

hi iwas burning a movie to dvde useing nero 11 burned failed i had a look at the log where it said (ExpressUI Burn process failed with status 3) thanks kirriejim

I have used Appgeeker DVD Creator to convert various video files into something a DVD player can read.
