Unable to get MSN offer of free skype credit.

Hello and good morning to you. I use google chrome as my default browser, and I came across the offer of up to 60 mins of free skype credit, but for the life of me, ive followed the instuctions but nothing happens.

I've submitted the name of the person that i would like to call, and I have made MSN my homepage, then I log into my skype account but nothing.

Am i doing something wrong please??

It says please enter your name not their name.
