It now says I can only sync with one library at a time on this computer and has wiped the albums already on my iPhone, what can i do now to rectify this?

You'll have to put them on again from your pc.
Perhaps better to drag and drop instead of syncing, now you have them in .m4a DetailsHere
Open iTunes on your personal computer.
Plug your iPhone into your computer using your iPhone USB cord.
Click "Music" in the left navigation pane. It is located beneath the "Library" header.
Click and drag individual songs to your "iPhone" under the Devices header.
