InCopy losing links / InDesign crashing when exporting to InCopy

We are having a problem with InCopy. The Managing Editor saves an InDesign document and exports the links to InCopy. An Editor opens the InCopy document, makes changes, and resaves the file. When the ME reopens the file, all of the links are gone. Any suggestions?

We also have problems with InDesign crashing when a file is exported to InCopy. This happens very frequently with some users and sporadically with others. Any suggestions?

Could be the Editor is not saving changes properly. Is this any help?

InDesign crashing, maybe this will shed some light on problem forums.adobe.com or at least you will know others have that problem.
