missing model number need it

i gotta customers tablet with video problems and i cannot locate the model number because the sticker is missing... is there somewhere i can find the number inside the tablet? the video doesnt work so cant get into the os...

ps I'm not sure that they have separate graphics/card. Sounds as if it has died.

Could you not contact the owner and ask if they have the details, Make and model or possibly the instruction / technical manual , however I would be very cautious about opening the case, unless you have all the correct tools and know exactly what you are looking for, even then it may not be possible to replace one unit (like a desktop).
