Disable or uninstall Skype on PC due for repair

I have a PC running win 8 bought at Christmas that has developed a problem and needs to be returned to manufacturer, how do I e disable Skype (it signs in automatically)or do I have to uninstall it? same question regarding emails as there is some sensitive work related info on them.

Thanks all PC is gone now (they changed the pick up day)
I uninstalled Skype, and down loaded all emails to USB as I only had an hour to sort it after the change with pick up
