Customizing my pc: dell inspiron 530

Hi! I am currently attempting to change my dell inspiron 530s. I intend to take the motherboard and implement it into a new case (http://amzn.to/X6DKBp). I also intent to replace the power supply with a 500 watt one (http://amzn.to/YMRPZS) and finally i want to put in a new graphics card (http://amzn.to/11DCLtx).

So my question is, i have looked into this and i think that the three should work together. However im not sure and therefor i was wondering is someone who is more knowledgeble on this subject could look over this for me and tell me if any of them are incompatible and what would be compatible?

Looks OK to me

of course the graphics card would not fit in the old slimline case (half height need) but should be ok for the new case.
