How Do I Change Bluetooth Destination Folder

When I transfer files over bluetooth onto lap top they end up in folder marked "my pictures" how do I change this? I have made new folder in the Library named Bluetooth but I cant find anything in the bluetooth settings that lets me change the destination. The only thing I can find it the "exchange folder but that's not the destination folder. I'm using windows 8.

If you right click on the Bluetooth icon and choose options you should get a screen which allows you to choose a location

No options when I right click on the icon.
