Downloaded document prints double /blurred

A news letter send to group members as a Win WORD 2007 .doc attachment prints with doubled characters- on an Epson printer of one member whilst other documents stored on the same computer print normally.

Checking oyther members theirs printed OK on their various machines.

So what is wrong with this particular .doc?

tHanx Woolwell I have already suggested he clears the download file and starts over.

Await a response-- to morrow in all probabiity
