Windows 7 sticking problems

Windows has taken to intermittently sticking. Just freezes & the doughnut swirls around for around 20 seconds then releases itself.. It does it when typing or on the internet or opening programs. Any ideas?

There are a whole shed load of programs and utilities that may help you here . CCleaner is a good place to start . Malwarebytes would be another . A little more info on your hardware would be helpful . Possible HDD is in need of a defrag too .

You could try Command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns and see if that helps.

I agree with Lotvic remove Reg Cure as that may be your problem.
