Cant find clipboard on windows 8

I am running windows 8 but I cannot find the clipboard which I like to be able to view.I am assuming that when I copy something on windows 8 it is going to a clipboard?

I am not sure that clipboard is installed on Windows 8 but needs to have an App. download - see here enter link description here
