I cant type anything on my tablet, the Keyboard does not appear

Does your tablet have a name and an operating system? (iPad, Galaxy 10... and ICS, Jellybean...)

Heavily in to parental controls and filtering, click here.

I would be tempted to restore to factory settings under the settings tile ,backup and reset. If not check under security in the settings tab. Read all the help files you can find on the Android before altering any settings as you may have inadvertently disabled the keyboard.

Switch off and on and if that fails it should be possible to do a reset.
