Pointer colour change whilst moving over screen.

Can anyone please advise on the following problem? My friend has a bad eyesight problem so he has difficulty in finding the pointer when it moves over different colours on the screen. He can see a black pointer when it moves over white but is very difficult to see on other colour backgrounds. He tells me that when he was running Vista,he had a program which would change the colour as he moved around the screen but it doesn't work in Windows 7. Does anyone know of a program that will work with 7 please?
