Security and protection for laptop

I have just got a new laptop and have installed the following programs. Advanced System Care 6,CCleaner,Malwarebytes,Bullguard Is this sufficient or can I improve it by adding anything else

Spywareblaster and Winpatrol.
Don't think you would need both Advanced System Care 6,and C Cleaner.
I have never used Bullguard so cannot comment on that.

More than enough, it is very easy to go over the top with security programs. A decent anti-virus and a decent anti-malware is all you need. The rest of it should be common sense. Right click any downloads and scan them unless you know them to be safe and do not open email attachments again unless you know them to be safe.
I personally would not have programs such as Advanced System Care 6 anywhere near my PC as they can and frequently do cause more problems than the solve.

Scrap Advanced system care and stick with CCleaner
Bullguard will do all else that is necessary and malware bytes can be used as a backup scanner weekly to check Bullguard is doing its job
SpywareBlaster is good for blocking nasty sites
