A gif problem in Outlook

I am trying to embed an animated gif into an email. I use A mac Outlook. This doesn't work as an animation...it doesn't move. How can I embed it properly? It works in Outlook Express ok but not Outlook. Thanks.

It might be working! I do this occasionally and it look non-animated to me in my sent box but works OK at the recipients end.
