wireless internet mobile dongle

Asking as I am not sure about this. Can I plug the above into my laptop and use it to access my Plusnet internet account or is it limited to my mobile phone provider to access the internet? The usb dongle is an unlocked one. Thanks

On second thought this is a stupid question. Of course I can't unless I buy a PAYG dongle to access the net through by mobile phone provider.

Mobile Dongles have Program and user on the Dongle so that when you plug it into Laptop it runs the setup program on the dongle.
