Unknown device doesn't have a driver ; and Problem with PnP devices

hi i get this message Unknown device doesn't have a driver ; and Problem with PnP devices when i run trouble shoot in devices and printers (TOSHIBA-PC) on my Toshiba laptop and in advance information it is shown device ID:ACPI\QCI0701\2&DABA3FF&3, and error code:28 for unknown device doesn't have a driver please if any one know the fix please help
