BT Desktop Help

I've got BT's desk top help on 3 machines, two with XP and the other with Windows 7. The XP help works perfectly but the Windows 7 doesn't. Any ideas or solution please

Do you really need it? I have seen it on other computers but have never felt it was of any use and I have been with BT for the past 4 years. If you have Win7 64bit then that may be the problem - see here enter link description herebut try running it as Administrator.
