A fair set up but for that sort of cash I would expect to see at least a 128GB SSD for operating system and programs. I also think that your PSU at 750W is way over the top.
This is a personal thing but I prefer two hard-drives at 1TB rather than one large 2TB drive as with to drives one can be a back up for the other and if one fails then you still have everything,if the large 2TB fails then all is potentially lost.
The Haf X is a massive case and more suited for water cooling but I realise that it is you that will be looking at it so the choice of case is a personal issue.
I would up the cooler to a 60 or 80 or even 100i Corsair. The 40 is a pretty basic model.
CPU is fine for your needs.Nice chip.

Not sure about the benefits of the wireless card. You need to be sure that it doesn't end up being shielded by the case.

Okay thanks guys. I know it would be a lot cheaper to build it physically myself, but I'm not experienced in the process plus in have no idea how to overclock the processor. I'll lower the power and add in an SSD as well.

I would personally also drop the wireless card , and include a sound card instead . As Chronos says , the Haf-x is huge ! I made a similar mistake and ordered a Cosmos 11 ultra , even a GTX680sc looks very small in it ! Had to move furniture around quite some bit just to get enough room for it . A 600w PSU will be more than enough, and an SSD is a must . heres a possible alternative for you http://3xs.scan.co.uk/ConfigureSystem.asp?SystemID=1431 .

I gave up on big cases a couple of years ago,if your not water-cooling then they are a waste of space and some of them are very heavy I had the Silverstone FT02 and was a beast to shift I actually modded it and fitted wheels on it.. Just ordered this. Silverstone FT03 As my current case a Lian Li V354A was a pain to get into and cable management was rubbish and it is just a little cluttered for my liking.

I do like the extra space for my H100 liquid cooling , and it seems easier to keep the inside clean and dust free. Like the idea of wheels Chronos , think I will have to get busy over the weekend !
