Recording internet radio to harddrive

Hi is there a simple free program out there for recording internet radio that works on win8? Thanks.

There is a good paid for programme Audials 8 that scans thousands of FM stations and lets you select artists or songs you want, and downloads them in Mp3 format. For recording live radio, if you have a sound card and speakers, there are programmes such as Audacity wher you can record the speakers output.
