I was looking at the above heading. Clicked on downloads then I had a message saying thank. I think it said something about 8. Do you think I downloaded Microsoft 8 or the one I have to pay for? I hadn't given any details of a ccredit card? How would I know which version I am using? I decided to do a system restor. Then I had a Mircorsoft update. Can you explain this to me please?

All current Microsoft systems require payment to activate but it is possible to download a trial version from some sites. Such a download would be large.

Why not look where you normally download to (Computer/Local Disk C:/Users/YOU/Downloads?) and see what is there?
