Problem extracting iso file - 'format not supported'

I've just downloaded an ISO, which was in five RAR files. I'm having problems extracting it (I always use ALZip, which is a fantastic little program), since I get the message 'Format not supported, 0x02000e00. I don't think the file is corrupt or contains a virus etc, but it is obviously not going to open. Has anyone had a similar experience, or does someone know what to do?

More instructions here.
Agree with Lazarus The 2nd that 7-zip is very good.

Hi guys,
yes, I've tried other programs too, 7-Zip, WinRar and jZip, but none of them open the file. I suppose it must be corrupted, but ALZip is very good, and usually tells me straight away if there are problems.
If you think of anything else, I'd be happy to know about it...
