unable to open a pdf page in IE

I am trying to open a PDF page in IE9 but I get "IE is unable to open the page" The address in the search box says that it is looking for "ieframe.dll". I can open the page in Chrome no problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Phil

I had recently installed Acrobat standard 7 plus Adobe Photshop and it went wrong after that so I did a system restore and things are back to normal. Thanks again
