Windows task Scheduler on a sync toy

Running windows 7,went to use the task scheduler today with the Microsoft SyncToy. Followed through the setttings but when I opened the Task Scheduler library there were a lot of tasks in there that I have never created. What's the best thing to do with the ones that are there can I delete all and start a fresh one off. Thanks in advance.
