skype and logitech webcam controller

When using a logitech camera with skype a dialogue box containing the webcam controller keeps appearing on the screen and blocks part of the screen requiring constant removal. Is it possible to stop the controller appearing or must I just put up with it. Many thanks

I use Skype and a Logitech Pro9000 webcam, my Control panel for the webcam includes the usual X in top-right corner which closes the Cam-Control window.

None of the cam-controls appear in the Skype window(s).

My experience is the same as Nontek in that I have the same Logitech webcam and there is no intrusion wirhin Skype. What Logitech webcam are you using?
