my start up on windows7

i have still not got an answer to a problem that i asked a while ago, my desktop computer windows 7 will not boot up without having to put my Password in everytime, i have tried everything that everyboddy has suggested, and i am still left with this delemma, nutty norm

Thanks to sillbill i have gone through the instructions about removing the password, and i am glad to say it worked this time, thanks to everyone for there patience, nutty norm
