No they are BBB certified, partner with Microsoft, as for anti virus they are rated by VB-100 and others. Have few impressive awards.

It was tested last year by someone on wilderssecurity.com forum ClickHere personally I feel you can better program for free. It's worth having a look around other threads on Main Index
