I wonder if anyone can help! I recently discovered that my Norton has been renewing yearly as I had agreed to an automatic renewal system. Stranger still over the last two years the account they have been debiting does not exist?? I have disabled the account and reported this to the fraud agency (connected to police in the UK). Any other suggestions on what an earth has happened here? My norton account has a bank card detail which isnt mine yet my name attached to it and it debited this unknown account yesterday. How is this possible! I have checked all old bank accounts too. It has made me very worried security wise. Please help! Nikki
