Please can you make it clearer what you want to do.

Is it your office 2003 personal documents and files that you now want to put on your new W8 pc that has office 2010?

If so then just copy them onto an external harddrive, or burn them to dvd, or put on usb flash drive and then plug that into your W8 machine and copy them to your Documents folder and Office 2010 will open them.

If, as I hope you have, all your data is backed up to en external media, all ou need to do is copy this to your new PC. Otherwise, you wil need to make use of the Transfer Documents and Settings feature of Windows 8 saving the created file to external storage or this http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/261114724331?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&adtype=pla&crdt=0

I solved my problem by exporting my data files from my XP PC to a memory stick and then imported them to my new Windows 8 PC into Outlook. Thanks for everyone's help.
