icloud verification

Hi Guys, can anyone help with regard to icloud verification? every time i log into the account i get a message saying "account not verfied". Then when i click"Resend verification email" nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated,

Perhaps the Verification email landed in SPAM??

i checked the spam did not see anything,but since have deleted all the spam. There must be a way of re sending a verification.
