OCR free using Canon MG5250

Is there any free OCR software I can use to extract a definition from a dictionery and to modify it in Word 2003? My old computer uses XP SP3

Canon MP Navigator EX (including OCR and PDF file creation) is included on the CD supplied with the printer. At least in Europe it is!
