blackberry playbook

Hi wonder if anyone can help me here?? looked on the b/berry sites but no answers to my problem ( that have worked ) the problem i s was listening to music on my playbook via headphones and when i took the h/phones out ive lost volume altogether.. rebooted still nothing held buttons down etc put h/phone socket in and out a few times still nothing ANY IDEAS??? Thanks
