Bt Internet connection loss

I am running bt internet BT/yahoo as my opening page every day or so when i try to log into the internet i get the message Cant log on cant find connection when it trouble shoots it states it cant find any problems All 4 lights are on, the only way i can get gwt on to internet is to restart is by unplugging socket and waiting for it to restart all starts well Running windows 7 64bit BT Hub2 tried Bt not much help i find this very annoying Happy New year to all gor help in the past year Peter

Which Browser are you using, I suspect a hijacker trojan like Conduit.com

had a similiar problem, turned out to ne a fault with internet explorer, cure problem by sytem restore to an earlier date, good luck
