Change Preview Layout

I have just completed a Acer manufacturers backup recovery which has placed my personal files in a file labelled 'Back Up' as well as loading the original W7 OS. On opening the Back Up file and My Documents instead of seeing a list of files as originally it shows a Preview template with description instead of just a file listing.

How do I change this layout back to a listing? Right clicking doesn't show this as an option.

With my documents open at the right there is an icon to toggle preview on or off. To change the view to a list then at the top you should see view select that and choose the option you want.
