Odd problem with PCA this morning.

It has been working fine all morning now it will not work using Firefox but will using I/E.

Get this message.

It appears the site had some difficulty proccessing your request and has errored internally.

Now the problem is it lets me sign in and then it works ok.But will not work if not signed in.

Anyone else having problems or just me.Using W/8

I haven't had that message to day but have had it in the past. Usually a sign that the PCA servers are having a blip which hopefully will go away.

Probably doing a bit of maintenance on it.

It works as long as I sign in.Maybe a reboot will help so will try that.

Reboot did not work but as I can sign in to get it to work I will class as resolved as no one else seems to have that problem.

I am using Firefox and I could not access the site about an hour or so ago - all is fine now.

Yep, FF here as well, and the site wouldn't open for at least 20 minutes from 14.00 to 14.20.
