firewall keeps switching off

i have mcafee virus protection and i keep getting messages my computer is at risk when i go to mcafee account i have to keep turning firewall back on why does it keep going off ?

From what I remember of Mcafee I used to have to switch off the windows fire wall as they did not run together.

had the same prob earlier this year . Even with windows firewall off , kept doing it . I ran malwarebytes and AVG free , and reinstalled Mcafee . Problem solved .
