JEDEC and RAM. Missing info...

I (very) recently replaced some RAM chips in my Acer M3910, upgrading it to 14gb from 9 (yes I know, long story). When I checked it out with CPUID it registered all 14gb but in the two new 4gb RAM chips there was an anomaly in the SPD columns of CPUID. In the two RAM chips (a SAMSUNG 2GB and a NANYA 4GB)all 4 JEDEC columns had info in them but in the 2 new (INTEGRAL 4GB) there was only info in columns 2 to 4, column 1 being blank. I checked out the RAM chips beforehand to make certain they were compatible but now have the feeling I've made some terrible error. Can anypne explain? I'm not very hot on tech so words of one syllable please...
