Logitech Webcam Undetected on PC

My webcam used to work correctly for a long time previously, but now it doesn't. Unlike some other cases i have read, the webcam is showing up in the devices manager and it is telling me that the webcam is working in good condition, as how it says the built-in microphone is working perfectly. However the webcam is not working at all. Skype says it cant detect the webcam and also the quick capture is also stating that the webcam isn't found or not working correctly. I have tried reconnecting the webcam, and un-connecting the usb and then reconnecting. None of the methods worked. Thanks for any help in advance
