Is Saitek P2500 controller compatible for windows 7

I have a Saitek P2500 Rumble Force Pad controller which I have had for a few years.I have now changed from XP to Windows 7 and according to the controllers box it is compatible with Windows 98,ME,2000 and XP but not Windows 7 is it posible to get a update to use it with Windows 7 otherwise I will have to replace it.

According to this and this a W7 exists. Approach both sites with caution, though: I'm not familiar with them, or whether their downloads come with all kinds of crap you don't want.
